It's going to be mid 70's here today and I'm ready to break in the new bbq. Pics coming after I get off work, take the kids shopping for shoes and restock the pond. I'm stoked!!

Grilled whole pineapple? Never heard of it...
As you cook the pineapple or burn it, the sugar comes out more and produces a smokey taste too. I then cut off the burnt sides and grill it further

Looks great, but I'd recommend you try lump charcoal - it lasts longer and produces a LOT less ash.
I will be doing that next
