Those running an EFI in-tank pump/return system, how did you go about venting the tank? The clock is ticking on me and I have more than enough to keep me busy up until the HRPT without trying to reinvent the wheel.

Built up pressure in the tank that could cause problems not the least of which is the cap flying off at fill up and getting sprayed with gas! What happens when you don't have the venting?
I am still having an issue with the car stalling on cold starts. Could that have anything to do with the venting issue?Built up pressure in the tank that could cause problems not the least of which is the cap flying off at fill up and getting sprayed with gas!
I'm guessing I'm more worried than I should be but like I've said a hundred times, when I am done with this car I'm done. Don't want to have to come back a "fix" anything.
Has that ever been a problem here? pleaseSorry Terry, not trying to hijack your thread.

You have a wide open, full time vent so naturally no issues other than a real potential for disaster in the even of an accident. You need to run that line to the rear or you can be dumping fuel everywhere!I've daily driven my car with Fitech without a vent line to the rear for over a year no problems I've noticed. It prolly should have a line run back to the tank, tho.
