Well, I finally got the paint guy to send me a couple of pics of the car. He's supposed to call me toward the end of this upcoming week to let me know if it's coming home next weekend or not (has to give it some final touch-up).

Of course, I'll still have to get the interior back in & few other quick things done before it's ready for the road, but I just thought I'd share (you can see the boxes & extra parts piled up in the passenger side - ha!).

I, too, was wondering about the green machine in front of it. Is that a '70 Challenger?

The green car is actually the paint guy's dad's Mustang - '65 or '66, I can't remember. He's more of an old-school hot rod guy, so he's done the side pipes, suicide doors etc. I believe he's got '72 Comet taillights in it. Not my cup of tea, but the workmanship is good. Here's a longer shot, also including another customer's 69:
