What are you using for poly sway bar lube?

My front bar and it's polyurethane bushings- whether its the end links or the frame mounts- doesn't go too long before it groans and squeaks and folks are asking "what's that noise?"
White lithium grease doesn't cut it for long.
Any recommendations?

I installed Energy Polyurethane F/R bushings in my leaf springs and lubed them liberally with a tube of dielectric grease. I got 2 small tubes with the bushings which was not near enough and found on the net that it was dielectric grease but couldn't find the exact descr. of what was in it. I squirted both out, they felt (very sticky), smelled, looked, etc. identical. I drove the car for ~ a yr. without a squeek before teardown.
I found the turbe at O'Reillys for ~$10 for a big tube, more than I'll use.

Are you sure they are poly? Energy uses poly but other brands are straight urethane which squeeks worse from what i've read.

It's an 1-1/8" bar from Maier. I do think they are ploy but I don't know for sure.
I actually noticed this time that it isn't the bar, but it appears to be my spring up in the spring pocket of the shock tower. At least that's what I think it is. I have very thin poly insulators that must need some attention, too. I forget where I got them. Funny enough, the insulator on the other side got chewed up at some point, but doesn't squeak. My springs are short enough that when I jack the car off the ground, they can rattle around, and I have to guide the spring back over the circular pocket up on the shock tower. One time I must have forgot, and the spring probably tore up the insulator on the edge of the spring pocket. Unless the car goes airborne, I don't see it happening on the track or street so I haven't put the shelby cable retainers in.

I've heard some guys go without any insulator and don't have squeaks.

I did the same thing with my spring inserts jacking the car up/down with my 1" drop springs. Luckily I noticed the spring sitting cocked and mashing the insert and fixed it before it was ruined. Between the swaybar and shocks I don't think I'd be able to get the springs to fall loose enough unless I Baja hopefully. I don't forsee any function where I'll leave the ground unless I can lift the wheels at launch which I doubt...
I need to put some dielectric grease on those inserts now that you mention it so they don't squeek just in case.
