Supercharger/blower

I think you mean a centrifugal supercharger (looks like a turbo but is not exhaust driven).

You run one or the other unless your name is Rick and you have been building crazy pro-street cars since the eighties!
 
I think your best setup would be a centrifugal charger feeding the roots blower and twin turbos to help on the exhaust side.

And what is the pricetag ?
Does that really work ? Can't believe that this is very efficient .

It's all show and less go, Dave. Those were made by a guy named Rick Doberttin back in the eighties. Amazing back then, very silly today. A modern twin-screw supercharger or well designed turbo system will deliver much greater power output and performance across a wider powerband.
Think about it. Forced induction systems in sequence make no sense. You can crank a centrifugal up to 30+ pounds of boost all day. Why would you need a turbo in front or a roots behind? Your engine can't handle more. And your street driven car has no chance in hell of putting that power to the ground anyway.

For a SBF your best bet is a centrifugal system. Easy to install. Easy to tune with today's complete systems, from a variety of suppliers. Let's be honest. For a guy who just learned there is but a single cam in his engine are you really up to taking on a crazy engineering fiasco? Wouldn't it be more fun to bolt on a simple system and drive off with 100+ new ponies?
