Ribs and Tips for dinner

I took a barbecue class last weekend and decided to try one of my new recipes. I think I have a little bit too much meat for the four of us. My wife asked what we wanted to have for side and I said will have tips. I don't think she was too impressed with my answer. Heck, I figured the rub has onion and garlic in it. Doesn't that count as a vegetable?

Here's a picture of one of

the pizzas we made on Friday night. It turned out pretty well.

Sorry I forgot to take a picture before we devoured them.

Looks like some good eats. Really like pizza on the grill. I use a cast iron pizza pan for the pie on mine. Have a pizza stone above it to help cook the top. Cook it at 600 - 650 for 4-6 minutes turns out really good.
