I had asked them on 3 different times for a e-mail with my confirmation info in it so I would have something to print, finally got it Friday, I see why they were balking--they have us in a smoking room, I was very explicit about non-smoking. Now they say that is all that is left, I made several calls Friday and I was told by a supervisor that this would be cleared up by the 22 nd, I said that is not good enough, I want enough time to find another resort or time to cancel---kinda screwed since I have air tickets for that date---customer service does not exist for the most part anymore--I did some checking and not much left for those dates this late. I will be on the phone Monday for sure.
