Redneck gas tank

Shouldn't it be a little close to the exhaust? Its not quite touching it

The tank mounting bracket (AKA coat hanger) is adjustable, can be adjusted (bent) to keep tank from touching the muffler. This is the preferred set up! :thu

But why save it? :barf1
The owner doesn't want piss all over the back of the car. I work at a Kenworth truck dealer here in Denver Co, and while another tech was pulling out a transmission to swap out a clutch he noticed a strange smell around the tranny. The driver had a piss hose running down through the shifter boot to dump the piss all over the trans and underside of the truck. I'd like to see his face the first time he used it and the hose filled up and didn't flow out through the hose, Because the tech filled up the end of the hose with silicone. The driver axially complained to the service manager about it. The service manager then found out, called the company and they terminated the driver. C-ya Scott
