Pricing a 68

Ok so I am thinking of selling my 68 coupe and I wanted some input on pricing. It's a 68 coupe with 85k on the chassis. It sad for about 20 years in a driveway when I got it a few years ago. The stats:

- Ca car that has always been in ca
- 289 car and I have the original 289 and t-10 4 speed trans
- bought a used running 351c doae-j block and dropped it in. New ford racing valve covers and gave it a quick paint job before I dropped it in. YouTube blueabdjetta to check it out
- took it down to bare metal and fixed the few little rust spots and primered it.
- gutted all carpet from the interior. Have just about every original interior part
- has new ignition switch and new locks and keys, etc. All glass is in and not cracked

My question is how does pricing go on something like this.? I'm trying to get top dollar for it. Questions:

Should I pull the 351c out and put the 289 back in?
I sold the seats, should I find another set of fronts to through in?
I have a extra parts, throw them in or sell them separately?

From looking at eBay auctions, it looks like if I clean it up a little I might get 5k plus?

This is more ofma forced sell to get some debt taken care of. I always wanted a muscle car and was so close but it's time to get the money and hope down the road I can jump back into one.

Thank in advance for any insight and tips tricks. I'll post pics a lil later when I get on a computer.

Seems right for craigslist and so cal. That's why eBay will have a bigger audience and by linking shipping companies I might get east coasters who want a ca car. Being mines a stick and has a running, statrable Cleveland more that has zero smoke, I would assume that my overall package would warrant closer to 5k then the car in the link. Great info thought. Appreciate it.

I would probably keep the 351 for a potential future project if I had a place to stash it... but then, I like 351C's :)

while the car may be "worth" $5,000 it is hard to sell a project car. People are very leery of what is missing or how it will go back together, etc. If your patient you may be able to get what you want. If you have it as much together as possible and neatly organize what is not assembled it may help. Good luck!
