Looks like Pete did the rear setup!

Maybe....but the big question is .......Didn't I see you building the engine????? Oh crap.... :(

Not a chance I'd build a GM engine...gives me the heebie-jeebies just thinking of it!

I gotta agree there. I have been asked several times to help a couple of local car guys on that same model car pictured. I did enough to say....yep, this is bad.....find a shop to fix it. I mostly stand around and point at what they need to do........kinda fun unless my hands start getting dirty then I back up and suggest the shop again. It is really amazing how some cannot figure out how to loosen a bolt......but they are happy to pay for simple things.

It's got a 79-81 front end on it though not certain of the year.

I can assure you I would not pick those wheels :wth :puk

On the plus, if Mark didn't build the motor it might actually run, heck it might even catch up with a PT Cruiser :roll

Can't see the rear bumper but I'm gonna say it's a 75-76 possibly 77.

Definetly a later 70's model but it's got the square headlights that you'd find on a '79 or after second gen car.

It's unusual to see someone take a 77, 78, etc and put the later nose on it. I've seen a number of 80's and '81 that people have switched out for the '77 or 78 nose though.

Here's a '77's front nose

Definitely has a 79-81 beak on it. It may be a 79-81, but the rear spoiler is 78 and back. Looking at the pics again, the top pic you can barely make out the shape of the rear bumper and it looks like a 79-81 rear bumper.
