Personalizing the Fastback

I spent a little time this weekend adding some to the total mustang costs... Sadly, what you see is probably the extent of my talent for modification of a car...


I thought the sticker would help those many folks at the car show who don't know the "289" on the side means the same thing.

I added the Monte Carlo bar just because I could...

The plate is my daughter's contribution. She is without a doubt my best supplier of mustang type items. I think it's because she believes she's going to get the coupe; I'll really hate to disappoint her...

Looks good, but are there supposed to be two more bolts on the monte carlo bar? The car looks very sharp...

Well, there are certainly two more bolt holes... I figured the six in there now will hold until I can pick up some matching bolts. I won't pretend to know what type of stresses are on that bar, but 8 bolts to hold in down seems like overkill...

I would have never thought about adding the hat? Very nice touch!!



I will admit that color has grown all over me. My first thought was OMG. Very sweet ride!
