Looking for my Dads 1965 "C" Code Fastback purchased in Houston

My dad bought a brand new 1965 "C" code Fastback in Houston when he got out of the Air Force. It was Ivy Green and an Automatic. His name was Robert Wallace as well... Just taking a shot in the dark in case someone has done some research on thier Fastback. Would love to track it down..

If you have the VIN number, the state of Texas has a website where you can check if the car still has a valid title, and for a fee there's a national website, although I think the information provided is limited. When my Dad died in 2005, I found he had kept the paperwork to my 1966 coupe and my 1970 Mach I. Unfortunately, I could find no record of either car being currently titled . . . sigh.
