Looking at another Mustang.

I'm looking at another Mustang, not a classic but it's not new either.
1999 Cobra SVT convertibile, it's in good+ condition, 71K miles (less than 6K a year) one owner, all the usual power options, 5sp, leather and the Carfax report shows everything good. It's at a small used car dealer and their asking $13900. That price may be a little high but what do you think.
The wife is in on it also. :yah

No. I guess I thought about it to much.
Do I really need another car?
Where to keep it? Storing it during the winter is going to cost me more money.
More $$$ for insurance.

But it's still there and I'm still thinking and sometime wanting it.
I think it would be a good, fun :steer car to have and my wife would love to have a convertible, stick.
