Was pulling out all the glass and and trim for the 65 since its nearing that time. Needed to see what needs refinishing or replacing. The windshield reg and inspection tells the sad story....

The mileage is on the back of the inspection sticker. It reads 80,305. I found the cluster to see how many miles I put on her the first and only summer I drove before tearing down. Mileage shows 81,292. I was actually surprised I drove the car that much. I was thinking I only put a few hundred on.

All glass looks good except windshield

Some of the trim is salvageable, some is not.

get some good pics of the window trim you think isn't salvageable & the damaged areas. i may be able to fix those up into salvageable condition if you aren't in a real big hurry....

Thanks for the offer. I should be able to handle all but the upper one for the rear window. That one looks pretty banged up. Most likely pick up a replacement at Carlisle All Ford.

Does anyone know if the windshield trim is the same for a 65 and a 67? I have a real nice set of 67 windshield trim and they appear to be the same as the 65.
