That's not the :gs guy, several of us did a drive-by some time ago and it's a different place. (The neighbor is a dickfor.)
 
I thought the handle used was the same as one he used in the past......references Roseville Toyota in another post.

Our Nick was making a Elenor and lives in the 916 area code. Too bad we didn't get a better shot of him to confirm but odds are, it's him.

IIRC he used household spray foam inside the panels of a car he built.
