That looks like the set up from Miller Speed (http://www.millerspeed.com/) Not much on the site but I have read about their setups on a couple of blogs. They make that in a much more sane 1 inch version that looks pretty cool. kip

Kinda "ricerish" to me. I'm sure guys are buying this to get the blower drive sound without having to actually have a blower.
