Back in 2009 I had just finished painting the car and took it for a drive to the local Dairy Queen with the family. It was its first trip out of the garage. When we were enjoying the treat I guy came up to my car and was looking at it. He asked if he could take a couple pictures and I said go for it. He then asked if I would mind if he sent them to a guy that wrote articles for magazines. I said sure. Well I was contacted by the guy and he flew over for a photo shoot.

I though nothing ever was going to come of this whole thing and gave up on it. Well as it turn out the car is listed on a weekly article of Auto Enthusiast. I don't know if it will be in print or not but I have my fingers crossed. I found out about it from a guy that left a msg on my cell phone congratulating me. I am sure he wants to sell me a reprint of it. I will give him a call now. Here is a link if anyone is interested.

That's pretty cool. Your car is awesome. I'm surprised it hasn't been in an article already.

My car may be in print soon too.............only its the classifieds.

Congrats! I've been an "electronic subscriber" to them for several years now. In other words, I get an email to access the latest online issue whenever they come out. I just received the email yesterday for the issue with your car. When I saw it I thought, hmmmm, that car looks familiar. Now I know why! :thu

Thanks you guys. They got a few facts wrong but that is how it goes. I am pleased with how it turned out.
