During that time period of that 71 Mustang green cars had a 71% lower resale value. Green was a much hated color.
I would not have a green car in my stable for long before it was painted. That color is right up there with Orange.
Sorry to all those with those two colors...many of your cars are very nice looking, just not my preferred colors!
Well, I almost bought a 69 sports roof that was calypso corral when I started the rebuild of our 67....Kind of kick myself for not buying it.
Anyway, I'd love one of those 71s. SWMBO still will not give me any car money! :shrug She says one more year! :guns

there used to be an old guy around here that had a 50 chev convertible that was pea green. i called it "the green hornet" & it used to piss him off to the "N"th degree....

If that's the one from years ago, I've seen it run at Bristol. Removed a layer of asphalt and blew out the glass in the tower. Not to mention the camera man that got the peppering of his life.
