help with main caps

I have to main caps left on the crank and there being a real pain to get off. Any advice. Its the 3rd cap from front and rear cap.

Okay so far you are doing well, you removed the bolts...I would begin to tap them from the side with a rubber mallet..gently please..they should come off.

Ive done this already on 3 of the 5 caps, but 2 are still stuck and dont have much room to move when hit with mallet.

Try a deadblow hammer.

Have you soaked them in cleaner....maybe PB Blaster?

have you tried putting a bolt in but don't thread it, then hold it high enough and smack it a few times?

gonna try this and PV blaster tonight.

Turn the block over and hold it above something you don't want a crankshaft to fall on, guarantee that the caps will slip right out :nut

Shoot it point blank with a .45 ACP SWC.
