I bought my mini starter off Ebay from DB Electric, they are in one of the Carolina's or Georgia, IIRC. No issues in the 5 years I've had it, and the price was approx $75, for a 351w.

I did buy a very cheap one : remanufactured , I ain't got it yet but looks good to me.
