For all you west coast Stangfixers, it's time to start thinking about what needs to be done before the trip to SoCal. So let me start the list. Add as you feel necessary:

Oil and coolant change
Fuel and oil filter change
Rain X for winshield
Wax body ((wax on,,,,,,wax off)
Install radiator bug screen
Bring lots of moola to buy Craig and wife drinks

Just ordered hump hugger and garmin nav. Hope they make it before the trip.

Just got new horns and a bunch of misc small items from NPD.

10 checking brake lights !!

Here is my list:

1) re-install water shield and door panel on pass side door (installed new door opener)
2) chase threads on torq-thrust D wheels so I can put center caps on
3) tie up new power antenna wiring
4) polish torq thrust D wheels
5) wash car
6) vacuum car
7) check all fluids
8) install new driver's side view mirror

That is more than enough for the remaining 5 days to prep....

Tomorrow I will put the turd on the rack and check both tranny and rear end oil level, check for any loose nuts (besides my own) and while I'm at it, clean the bottom side just in case someone get's anal and wants to look unda neath.

Wish I could do that.
