Pictures of the 2011 Friends of Coal Car Show in Beckley West Virginia. It was a great show with about 700 cars. Ths Saturday night concert featured Josh Turner and Little Big Town. It was a lotta fun.....

very cool show. We have a lot of coal mines in KY too... I have never seen a Friends of Coal car show however. That was a pretty cool shovel/truck thing.
 
It's called a "Scoop". This one was made by Fairchild International. The owner of the company is a "Mustang guy" and one of the major sponsors of the show. If you look in the background you will see his concours Boss 302, 429 "J" code Mach one and a Coupe. The Blue Cobra, GT500 and T-Bird in one of the photos are his also.
