Flying like a Human

Hey Steve, even big fat guys can skydive.........once.

This coming from someone who could mimic the flight characteristics of a jumper in a wing suit, without the suit.......and helmet.

After the first I don't think the rest would really matter. :roul

Yeah, but the rest of us would feel them! Kinda like when you see someone crash on a bicycle and their face and arms slide across the chip rock, removing all semblance of skin while jamming ones glasses into the face, ending up in the ER getting many stitches and rocks picked out of the raw meat.

Oh, wait...that was me.

Sorry, that was a few years ago before the proliferation of digital cameras on phones. There were a couple of pictures (hard copies), but hard to tell what happened to them. The old timers might remember my story of when I raced the neighbor's John Deere while on my sister's POS bicycle.

It's possible there's a post on the VMF. somewhere around 2001-2004

June of 2004, still no pictures though.

I really am a moron.

That was the second time I broke the same ribs. I crashed in a go cart the year before. Knocked me out for a few seconds and broke 3 ribs on that one.

2008, I broke the same 3 ribs for the 3rd time while slalom skiing.

I thought this might have been more recent. You'd think after all this time the swelling of your ears would have subsided... :Mark
