I actually finished up the blackout and emblems a few weeks back but have been too busy to properly clean it and take pics. Plus it's been hotter'n hell. Finally cooled down to a cozy 90 today.

And for those of you that don't recall, this is what it looked like when I bought it.

Sorry but when it comes to Mustangs, I'd rather drive the vintage beast in your garage as compared to a modern one....But that's just me.

I dig what yer layin' down man......

Although, when it's 107 degrees outside it's nice to have one with air conditioning.

Looks much better with the tasteful mods, and it didn't look bad before!

I love my vintage Mustang, but the new Mustangs can outhandle, outrace, outstop, outcomfort, outgas mileage, etc., etc. The only solution which Randy, astute as he is, discovered is to have both.

That and the fact that our vintage machines are so easy to steal. I never felt comfortable leaving my Dad's vert in a store parking lot for very long. My 07 I can leave in a parking lot and not worry about it so much.

BTW the Black with the Red looks much better than the white stripes on the Red.

Amen!

Late August around here is when I drive my Mustang a very limited amount. Finally was a little cooler yesterday so I took the Stang out on a back roads / country roads drive to no where.

Car looks good Sluggo...when will you be dropping it off at my house? :)
