Hey all I have a good buddy that has been doing some CNC work for me and made me some great looking Hood Pin base plates. The holes are countersunk so they are flush, and more importantly they are thicker and able disperse the load better especially on the fiberglass hoods. They are made to order, so if you want something special we can try to accommodate. $125 for a pair
