Ac delete pulley

The PO put a motor from an 87 mustang in my car and converted it to carburated so I also have a serpentine setup.

As far as belt sizes go Ive most of bought 4 different size belts from advanced auto and still havent go the right one yet.

My motor has alt, ac, and ps and no smog. Ill see what the latest size one I got was.

Measure your setup to get the belt size.

I set the adjustable pulleys just a bit shorter than the middle of the adjustment. Tension pulleys need to be held in what looks as a mid position also. Run a rope around the pulleys in the correct direction for all to turn good and mark where the ends meet. Measure with a tape and then buy one belt at that size and two more belts 1/2" on either side of that one.

I don't have it in the car yet. And all the accessories are not on.
I just thought maybe someone knew the size so I could get it ordered.

With the smog pump and AC compressor removed... and the PS pump in the factory location... I believe the serp belt size is 52.5", but I wouldn't trust my memory. Like others have said, install your FEAD items and then measure and procure the serp belt locally.

Thanks guys

I ordered the ford racing ac eliminator kit that moves the ps pump to the AC spot.

I saw CJ pony parts lists a 73" belt for this kit and no smog pump.
Once I get the eliminator kit I will install the accessory drive stuff and measure for the belt.

The engine is going in April 3rd, then it's wiring and fuel lines time. :roul
