Windoze 7 may not like the post box...............
I had a post on the shell build a while back. That was done last fall with a past co-worker of mine that now runs muscle car metal in seabrook NH. he has been building 1st gen camaros from scratch for many years and is a dynacorn distributor. Got the parts through him (all dynacorn). Some were better than others, but generally all were great for the price. This was his first ford endeavor. We built it together and I learned a ton (he is way up the curve on build your own unibody techniques). we adapted his camaro jig... The shell was built in about 2 months, probably 200ish man hours (including alot of head scratchin and figurin time...). It has taken me the rest of the year to get the body panels fit (2 small boys, no time)... while working on random mechanical things at the same time, steering, suspension, rear...Sinse you asked, the plan is:Exterior:Plane Jane white and chrome, 17X8 Vintage 45's: 225/45 F, 255/40R
WOW, 200ish hours. Nice. Can't wait to see the finished product! One question: Are the ROSS pistons off the shelf or custom?Have a Merry Christmas!Robert
