Craigslist Mustang contest, Day 2
« on: January, 06, 2009, 07:02:03 PM »
I'm posting it early today.....

The ad was short and sweet, but I loved the last comment the seller makes:

"new high performace engine 289,new floors pan, carb,i have another hood for it.if i continue working on the body cost more money. "

The car is from the southeast US

Oh, its got a high performance 289.  Easily $9000. Of course this is assuming he hasn't done more work.   :rof

Remember, its not what you would pay, its the sellers asking price.

Heres a bonus craiglist ad:

1967 mustang fastback - $4000 (Braintree)
needs full restoration, 390 4 speed needs rails quarters, interior, fenders, rockers, the works motor does not turn over, no title bill of sale only, however it is the original motor for you nuts out there. Do NOT lowball me I know what it is... and NO I HAVE NO FRIGGIN PICS I went through this with my 68 NO PICTURE JERKERS it is what it is, if you are interested come by for a look. -Jim

Part of me wants to e-mail the guy and ask for pictures, would that make me a JERKER?
