Are you using standard or deluxe door panels? The deluxe ones can be a B**** to install.

edit: I just saw your other post. I guess the deluxe panels in '68 were much different from the '67s.

What kick panels are those? Did you order with or without speakers? If without what speakers fit?

I have a black set with no speakers. I am about to start working on that end.
