Alright, so I put the wire back in the coil that I broke, and its not getting any spark at all now, so I was thinking, it ran when it was stock, so maybe if I put a stock coil on it to get it running again at least. that I could just put it back in place of the Mallory coil. Would that work???

No fire, at all, after changing the coil.

Do you have power to the coil in both run and start?

Eh, no idea. I had a spark before I pulled the old coil off to check it. Put it back on and no spark. Tried a new coil. No spark. Switched the wires to see if I had put them on wrong. and no spark. So could it be the Ballast Resistor?
