61 F100 rearend question.

I recently traded for a 61 F100. The rear end is making noise & I figure it needs to be rebuilt.
Unfortunately my wife is gonna have surgery soon. So I'm trying to find a good used rear end,
but don't know the spline count of my axles. Would any one happen to know this.
