Fuel line question...
« on: May, 19, 2010, 01:01:35 PM »
Did any 69 engine configurations use a 3/8ths inch hard fuel line from the pump to the carb? If so, which engines...

Thanks in advance,
-Rory

I can't answer your direct question but asking, but must ask if you are running  3/8 from the tank to the pump, why would you consider anything other than 3/8 from the pump to the carb?

I can't second guess Ford... but I can say with confidence they used 5/16ths on 302s in 69, even though the line from the tank to the pump is 3/8ths. Who knows; maybe it saved them $0.01 per car...
