Any GTG's in the works?  Not to steal ideas or anything...  but seems like it would be fun.  :show

Beach Pony's recent MBB Myrtle Beach Blast was the first psuedo GTG though it was not named after Stangfix or after any other site.  It was a neutrally name GTG, which will happen again next fall.

Otherwise I know of nothing else under construction or in the planning.

I keep saying "Montgomery", but I'm 99% certain that I'm screwing this up and it's Birmingham AL.

The one drawback that I can forsee is that the StangFix crowd is failry diverse and scatted about the States pretty well.

Could make an actual "mustang" GTG a bit unpractical though.

None the less, GTG's are good times.

Yep, it's in Birmingham at Barber Motorsports Park.   ;D

All other forums have similar problems, being spread all over the place.  Obviously, the more members in any particular area, the odds are a GTG will surface.

Laurie,

We (my son and I) have reservations for Fri/Sat nights down there.  Our plans aren't fully set yet, but I believe we'll be departing this area around 4AM on Friday and hustling down there with the two FB's.  I assume you and Randy will be in attendance?  Is all of your time tied up with MCA crap or will you guys be able to hang out at dinner with us regular folk?

I'll be hauling my coupe over there as it's entered in the judged class.  I get in on Thursday and probably will head out Monday morning.  During the show, I'll have to pitch in and help, but evenings are free other than the banquet.  I think that's Saturday night.  Sounds like we need to make plans for dinner!

Sounds good to me!  We'll get something worked out as the event gets a little closer.

I'm looking at going to B'ham.  In-laws live there and depending on the new baby situation I'm going to try and head down.  Will figure more out as we get closer.
