What Junk yard parts?

Hi All,

Just wondering what parts I could look for from cars in a junkyard for my 68 mustang. In Southern California doesn't seem to have many yards with old mustangs so I am just wondering what parts from what cars I might be able to use on my stang. Since my car is in need of a full resto job, I wouldn't mind figuring out disc brakes, different steering box, seats, etc. are things I can do to get my car ready to run on the street.

Mercury Cougar of the same year 67/68 for sure.
There are others models built by ford in the same year you can use parts from.
