We took Carver on a hike out on the Prairie Sunday morning. It was a nice, brisk 25 degrees, but with no wind, it felt like 25 degrees.

yeah, thats got us puzzled. all the dogs i've ever had got "red eye" when the flash hit them. hers are always bright blue. eye color is actually brown...

Puppies!!!! Last week, someone left these 7 puppies in the backyard of the vet clinic in the middle of the night. They are about 9 or 10wks old and we think they are Blue Heeler (ACD) and Pitbull mix. They are fricking adorable! There's only 4 left right now. Some got adopted by customers. The son of the office manager is suppose to come get 3 of them so then there will be one left who still needs a home.

Woke up yesterday morning and found the puppy reading the CCI manual and filling out his monthly report. He later showed us some advanced commands that we haven't even started teaching.

I like a dog that teaches himself! He's not even 5 months old yet.
