How much is the Roush name worth?  I'm surfing for some tall valve covers to clear my roller rockers and I'm seeing Roush covers for $1500?!?!?!?!?!?  WTH?

Anyway, back to looking.

I think this is what you're buying...

I found the part at http://www.backdraftparts.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?search=yes&bc=no... for the discounted price of $1250.00?!

Who in the hell pays that kind of money for valve covers?!!!

I have one of only 3 sets of tall, chrome valve covers with the name "Steward" on them, cost me a whopp'n $200. Maybe I should try to sell them.

FWIW, Steward is my buddy's name who is the brains behind my 289  :coo

For that price I wouldn't want Jack to install them but a few girls in skimpy bikini's.  :ecit

My valve covers say "GRIFFITH."  Not too many people I think would buy those though.  They were made for the TVR Griffith so there is a story behind them, ie, not something I had custom made for me.
