My dad handed me a card that was addressed to "Steven's 1966 Mustang"

I opened the card to find several, several benjamin franklins fall out of the card and into my lap.  I look into the card to see my dad had written "Git 'r Done!  -Dad"

He has known that money has been tight, and that the mustang has been put on the back burner, with me taking care of things here and there as I found the money.  this will get me a lot further than I thought I was gonna get in the next few months.   Hopefully I'll be able to get my front end and brakes sorted out and that'll get me most of the way to where I NEED to get my car before summer.

He told me he just wants me to take him for a ride before he dies, LOL.   I hope so too!

Santa brought the boys a Wii with a few games and a T-5 RM crossmember and front console bracket for the Mustang. Excellent!

It was a good haul this year for the 07,  She got spoiled.

A bra for those long road trips ( thank god she's a girl )
trim ring  ( bezel ) for the trunk lock.
billet plug for the power point on the dash instead of the cheesy plastic plug.
billet trim ring for the shifter.

Santa was listening well this year!!!

Didn't get anything for the car...yet. Did get a fair amount of cash that I suspect will eventually morph into car parts.  :craz

Early December I decided I had waited long enough and behaved well enough that I could treat my project to a few new parts for Christmas. I may have gone a bit overboard with the parts ordering but can't say it hasn't been fun!  :)

Here's a quick run down. Should keep me busy this winter!

ORP UCAs/LCAs and roller perches
Street or Track Adjustable STRs and billet export brace (also Bilsteins I got when on special earlier this year)
Six gauge bezel and new gauges
Billet Ring Bros hood hinges
6 pt roll cage
4 wheel discs (Wilwood) custom set-up that doesn't push the wheels out
Nu-Relic power windows
Power door locks
LEDs for all lighting (in and out)
LOTS of new chrome (emblems, trim, handles, etc.)
Tin Man connectors
...and LOTS of misc like fasteners, seals, wiring stuff, etc.

Now that the festivities have passed I'll get a chance to get out in the garage and get to work. Got to get some of this stuff bolted on the car and out of the way! Pics to come.
