Anyone ever install a Mojave heater box?
« on: December, 11, 2009, 07:55:15 PM »
My car is a total restomod and basically will never be anywhere close to original again. My heater assembly needs some major work and to tell you the truth, the whole heater box/core/blower needs replaced. I have looked at putting OEM parts in, but for the price, it looks like I can put this in for about half of what the OEM would cost.

Has anyone ever messed with one of these, mustang or not?

I would like your opinions please.

I've seen people install them in Mustangs...doesn't look too hard at any rate, so long as you can mount it up and make the switch work and/or look good. I wonder how hard it would be to make the stock switch work?

PS: I looked at these a while back for a jeep project we were supposed to do...you can find them a lot cheaper, IIRC
