Joyce, I also have "a few" Mustangs, and mine also get parked over winter. Except the past two days, which were Mustang days--took the '69 GT (nice, fresh heater core, lol) to work yesterday and today. Rain tomorrow, so it's put away nice and dry again until the next dry day (western Oregon).
But I wonder a couple of things about your herd:
With so many cars, do you guys have problems with the sitting/storage/not driving for long-ish periods? Maybe mine are just crappier...OK, they all ARE crappier, but I have issues with wheel cylinders leaking, boosters going bad, etc, etc. After all, I only have one butt, perhaps large, but can't rotate amongst them enough to put very many miles on each Mustang per year.

Do you find that you have 1-2-or-3 favorites, and you end up driving them the most, while the others sit? My newest is an '84.5 GT350, which is truly a "new" car, and I like driving it as it's very "modern," runs and drives well, and has good power with cool-sounding (read: loud and obnoxious) exhaust. But I am also having a major love affair with a ratty, '69 small block Mach that I really like to drive more than any other car, ever. 4 of the others have sat for over a year with only being moved around in storage...it's really a shame and I know not good for the cars. How do you guys deal with this?
