Laurie S. is that your car in Mustang Monthly?
« on: November, 19, 2009, 09:52:19 AM »
December 2009 issue page 58 with a big block going in? I see some blue and gold paint peaking out. Oh, happy birthday!

Yes, that's an archive photo of the install we did last year.  Jim also used several pictures that have my hands in them in that article.

So..... not only did Trouble make it into the magazine, but your hands did also?

I'm jealous.

I've always wanted to be "that guy" whose hands/fingers were shown pointing to an aspect of a component, but remained otherwise nameless.

My hands actually show up quite often since he uses file photos.  All the photos in the current article also were in the article he did on the FPA header install earlier this year.  I always get a manicure before we do an install so my hands will look nice, just in case.  ;)

Oh, they have been!  There even was one picture several years ago that shows up now and then where my face is greasy and dirty.

I've seen it a bunch in MM, didn't they use it for a rack and pinion install too?

Married to Tara, that makes me the TARA-fied one!

Yes, we put Randall's Rack and a coil-over system in at the same time.  That was a long two-day session at the garage.  Those systems we had put in at my mechanic since they have lifts.

Hand modeling can be very renumerative, Ive heard.
