An Error Has Occurred! <--- Viewing profiles

When I click on a user name to view the profile (for example I tried Waffles), this is the error I get:

An Error Has Occurred!
Many apologies, but you can't view just any profile. 

Is this typical, or do I just suck?

Probably only administrators can see profiles of others.
