That would be a figment of your imagination. It is painted the same color (black) from the same batch, and cleared with 30% gloss from the same batch as the rest of the parts.

Prolly an angle of the dangle thing.

The flag bolts are not even on the valance yet. It's just hanging there from the screws at the top. I seem to have misplaced the bag that has those little boogers in it.

The deck fit looks funky too because there is no gasket and no stoppers in it yet.
