That yellow is really starting to grow on me. When you puttin the Boss Mach stripe on it? You gonna get a big case of "while I'm at it's" when you put it back together? New seats, new carpet, new dash, door panels.......... I made the mistake yesterday of putting all my receipts in a spreadsheet, since I'm in the process of switching the car from project insurance to regular insured....Kinda wishin I hadn't done that..... Or at least not totaled it.

Yep, a spread sheet of Mustang expenses suck for sure. I always tell the wife it is not working right for me to show her where we are at.....but...she knows.

Sluggo, did you weld/fill the seam at the rocker and quarter, a la Jeremy? I just can't tell from the pictures. If not, what do you use in there, seam sealer? Lookin' good!

I seam sealed it. I also seam sealed the hood, deck lick, doors, rockers, cowl, pretty much everything that got in my way.

It's getting new everything. Keeping the original dash. Trying to decide if I'm putting the black w/red carpet back in or doing black w/black, same with seat covers.

Maybe black mach stripe. Maybe twister stripe. Just the stripe not the twister logo. Maybe no side stripe. Leaning toward no side stripes right now.

Wadda mean WTF is a boss/mach stripe? That poor freakin car has identity crisis. 69 w/ 70/07 color, Blacked out hood, but not mach hood paint, body colored deck lid, blacked out tail light panel.....twister stripe, but not that decal....Poor car, I see couch time in its future....Sanborn, get in here and tell him how little he knows......... :rofl

Wow! I would not have thought a 67-68 guy would have a clue in hell what any of that was or what year it belonged on. Nice work. Oh...except the hood thing. 69 Bosses had the same hood treatment as a mach did.

Would you feel better if I blacked out the deck lid and the headlight buckets?

That's why mine is all blacked out. So it won't look like every other 69 on the planet.

Why yes, it is my intention to paint the slats and both spoilers with the same gloss factor as the the other black parts.
That way they match.
