Dead slow at the vet clinic today, so got the afternoon off. Can't really think of anything on Gertrude while I'm waiting on the parts from CJs. The back ordered items were finally shipped on the 12th. Its the 16th and USPS tracking hasn't been updated since the 12th.

The parts I ordered were:
RUBBER WINDSHIELD WIPER SEAL
WIPER ARM PIVOTS TO COWL PANEL
TURN SIGNAL LEVER CHROME
HEATER KNOB SET

Once I have these, I can install the wiper and hook it up so I can finally install the dash cluster since it's much easier to get back there to install stuff with no dash in. I still need to go try and remove that broken connector, but damned if I can't find my drill. It grew legs and walked off to the land of missing socks.

Can't do body work yet. Don't have supplies for that. Don't want to install interior stuff like carpet or door panels or dash pad until body/paint is done. Not putting in seats until I don't have to mess with stuff under the dash yet. Way more room with no seats in there! Still need to install the windshield, but don't have the glue stuff and I can't install it alone. Need another set of hands for that project.

So what the heck is there to do?

Sounds like a good plan to me.

Besides, my little girl loved the horse one. Every time she saw one of your posts she would squeal. Now I have to ban her from the forum.
