Linux Mint 11 Rulez....
Yup,I've taken on a new Mustang project. A local Mustang shop has asked me to do the suspension, brake system and drivetrain on this 65 A code vert that the owner is turning into a GT. Just arrived today so I have spent zero time on it as of yet and will probably not touch it for a couple weeks, for I want to talk to the owner regarding rebuilding the rear end, replacing the rear axle seals, bearings, etc. New rear and front springs. Already put Opentracker perches and idler arm on it. Front drums turning into discs. Who knows what else I'm doing to it.This should keep me busy during the winter.
4) install a rear end gear oil trap
'Splain please Lucy. I'm confused.
Maybe this??
Is that in the silverbluePT?
Jer,It's not an all winter long project for me. All I'm doing as mentioned earlier is suspension, brakes and stab in the motor and tranny. It will go back to the shop for all the interior/dash/exterior parts assembly. I will work on it at my chosen pace, though odds are I will probably pump through it sooner than currently projected. Yes my weekends and late afternoons will be full. I get hourly paid whenever I turn in an invoice for that week's work.
That's super, Craig! I can see you doing this as a second job as you get older. Nothing like having a hobby that puts a few coins in your pocket.
