I deleted the other thread at Jim's request.  His name will remain on the staff column for several months since the magazine is produced ahead of time.  He also is supposed to be freelancing for them.  I certainly hope so.

We wish Jim the best in his future endeavors.
I believe he'll do well. He has the knowledge, interest, passion, connections to bring even more to our hobby than when he was previously somewhat restricted.
I look forward to hearing even more from Jim as a free-lancer!
J.

The same publisher does both titles and about 20 more or so.

I know, they just switched me over and continued me on the new subscription!

Right now he needs as much support as he can get from everyone as he works through this.  Jim has always helped people in the hobby in any way that he can, often to the detriment of his own car projects.  He's a guy who can't say no to anyone.  He has a true love for this hobby and has been a force in it for many years.

Jim just needs to say what help and where!  He is a stand up guy and I was very impressed with him!

Keep us posted Laurie!
