The Rod Shop that painted my car and offered to mentor my son is going to have a booth or display at this show. The owner asked me if he could include my car. He is going to have a 57 Chevy that has about $100,000 or more invested, a 32 Ford kit car he built and my car to show his range of work. He wanted my car because it attracts attention and has been on two Power Tours.
My car is not a "show car" but it's pretty exciting. If your going to be in Louisville August 4-7 look for me (except Saturday, I'm going with Jon to the NMCA at Beach Bend) but my car will be there anyway. I can't take it home until Sunday night.

I forgot to mention that the show is mainly outside but they have a "builders showcase" inside. My car will be inside...

I will be there with my 72 Gran Torino Sport. Look for me on Sunday just inside the main entrance on Sat and Sun. I will definitely hunt up your car. We will have a few Mustangs in our tent along with several other Fords. We will also be the only tent with a 68 Fomaro. A 68 Camaro with a 351W , top loader 4 speed and 9 inch rear end.

yesterday we got the cars there and set-up the booth. It's not the builder's showcase but it is inside with the vendors. No matter how much I polish it the car just doesn't look like the other showcar Mustangs there

Thanks Bill. It's no show car. But those cars only drive from the trailer into the building, I drove mine to the show!

Craig, I registered today and am car 9808. The White Lightening LTD is an awesome car. I met him at a Rod Run 3 weeks ago. I will be there tomorrow and all day Sunday. I will give you a call to let you know where I am.

I was looking at these pics earlier and my son pointed to your car and said that's the car he wants. He's only seven, but I'm trying to keep him motivated about building his own car in a few years.

Craig, I had alittle overheating problem with the Gran Torino and had to take my 68 Fastback. Un the way to the show I blew an oil line on my oil pressure guage. Luckily there was an Auto Zone right there so I had it back up and going in no time. My head was rattling after driving it with open headers. I got to see your car inside and it looks awesome. I will be around all day tomorrow, should be there around 8am.

craig, have you run into my dad yet? look at the last pic you posted of the cuda. if you look up the antenna stalk, it runs into the grille of his truck in the background. he's sharing a large tent with the guys from advance plating & greening auto works.

I met Craig and his wife Tara, super nice people. I hope we get to hang out more in the future. He got to meet Greenmachine28965, who is my painter and good friend. I hope he posts the pics that he took from our tent.

That's cool. I wish I had known. I would go out and run thru the parking lot and take pics real quick. Tex wanted me in the booth to help answer questions and and stuff so I didn't have have lot's time to look around.

Here are the pics:
While most cars look better in pictures than real life, that was not the case with the Green Mustang. It was so cool pictures do not do it justice. And the Cobra Jet clone might look rough but you should hear it!!!
