Linux Mint 11 Rulez....
That seems to be what I am seeing too. So while I'm at it, does it pay to upgrade the stock throttle body to a larger one? I wasn't planning on any mods because I was going to use the speed density. But now that i'm converting to mass air I want to do what would work best.
Unless you have built the engine to utilize a larger volume of intake charge (better breathing heads, etc.)...no.
I've read somewhere, probably on the corral.net forums...that you can run an automatic computer with a 5-speed, but not the other way around. But, I've never tried either way.

Well, autozone fell through on me. They just emailed me and cancelled my order. They don't have the ecm available. It is only for a rebuild of my current one. Now I'm back to needing to find a computer again. I registered on Corral.net but they haven't activated my account yet so I can't post or pm anyone selling on there and the one I was looking at someone is interested in now.
Summit Racing carries them...http://www.summitracing.com/parts/AAZ-78-4352/-Shannon
If they'd accept it, that'd definitely be a plus.BTW Pat, I did some checking on my reference files I've scrounged up. It appears that in addition to the A9P, you can also use the A9M, A9T, C3W and C3W1. They're all listed for an 89-93 5.0 MAF Mustang with an auto tranny. Dunno if they're a slightly different tune in the programming or not. The info came from an application chart off of fordfuelinjection.com. If you haven't checked the site out it's a WEALTH of info!
