Oh yeah! Press TRY to pursue them charges. Bring that video in! That way you not only publicly get your a$$ whooped by an old guy, but get laughed out of the police station too! Double humiliation! HAHAHA! And yeah, based on the video the old guy was right, it WAS self defense!!

Apparently he is well known around San Francisco (I think that's where this took place?) for being crazy and doing stuff like this. It's also apparently not the first time he's whooped someones ass like that, just the first time it was caught on tape.
