Mystery Cam

Since I couldn't find the mystery noise on the motor in the wife's coupe, I found 302 short block that is low miles that I'm gonna put it.  When I pulled out the cam, the cam and lifters show no signs of wear.  I figured I just see what it was.  The only marking on the cam are three sets of numbers: 371120, 112834, and 370176.  With no other markings.  I did some searches for those number with no avail.  Anyone know what this cam is?
